Our History
IR Assist was founded to close the gap between complex Industrial Court rulings and the day-to-day decisions HR teams have to make. What started as an internal research tool for a small group of consultants has grown into a full AI-powered assistant, trusted by HR professionals, managers, and in-house counsel to make confident, legally sound calls.
